Make Money Online With Online Paid Surveys- Are Online Paid Surveys Scams?

Free online paid surveys are usually one of the first things that people try when they think of earning money on the internet. Unfortunately, they are usually one of the worst experiences too. In fact, when I started internet marketing a few years ago I too was fooled by lots of paid survey websites.

Here's what happened. I arrived at a site that made some pretty big claims. Apparently I could expect to earn up to $500 per hour if I joined a focus group...$200 to $400 an hour for each survey that I did, plus I could also win a lot of prizes and sweepstakes just for taking part.

I thought that this sounded like real easy money and the testimonials on the page were very convincing.

Here's the sting. It wasn't free to join. Before I would even be considered as a survey participant I had to pay a substantial fee just to get on "the list'.

The sales page had really done its work and I cheerfully handed the money over.

And five years later I'm still waiting to get an email about my first "paid" survey.

So for someone who's been there, don't be fooled. They sound like a great way to make money online but I haven't heard of anyone making money online doing them.

However, there are some really legitimate ways to make money in your own internet business. You just need to spend some time researching and finding ways that have been proven to work rather than a paid survey where the only one who gets paid is the promotional company.
